Customer Support Associate

As a Customer Support Associate, you will work with various teams and be in remote contact with customers responding to calls, emails and chats as they seek to understand products and make changes to their existing policies.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails and chats for service requests regarding home/condo/renters and auto products
  • Foster customer relationships and ensure they have a seamless experience
  • Support the quoting/underwriting team and agent sales team by collecting and verifying risk assessment data
  • Assist sales agents with policy changes and evidence of insurance requests
  • Identify operational improvements and work with management to implement
  • Become a subject matter expert in company processes and train/mentor incoming team members as the business grows

Qualifications

  • Active property and casualty license
  • 1 years of insurance service or sales experience
  • Ability to work efficiently on a computer across multiple insurance systems with excellent attention to detail.
